The "Hands On" Website Plan
Visit the Standard Plan website page first, if you haven't already. Your Flex Plan comes with all of the features of the Standard Plan plus the extras listed below at no additional cost. A Flex website is usually ready in one week after you signup.
In addition to the Customizable forms based on your needs, and the instant Notifications when your client submits the Schedule A Reporter Form, the Admin Panel allows you to interact with every submission: View, Edit, Search, Export to Excel, Forward it to someone else, etc. In addition, you can also make Edits to the form, adding a field, changing a description, rearranging where it appears in the form, updating who gets notified when a Court Reporter is scheduled, etc.
Admin Panel. With the Standard Court Reporter Website Plan, all Scheduler notifications are "sent" to the destinations of your choice in realtime. As an optional add-on, you can also get Admin Panel access which allows you to retrieve past entries.
Why is this important? Your Flex Plan includes one domain email account with the name of your choosing. We host with Rackspace, a highly regarded hosting company founded in 1998 that we have used since the beginning. Your email account includes up to 30GB of storage and the ability to send email attachments of 25MB or less. You have all of the features of a world-class business email account, including the ability of adding it to your phone or using email clients like Microsoft Outlook for your desktop.
Why is this important? From a branding standpoint, having an email address that matches your domain name helps keep you and your company name constantly in front of clients and prospects. For example, consider Johnnie Depo. She owns the johnniedepo.com domain name. Her email address reinforces this. She's not the forgettable johnniedepo@gmail.com. She's johnnie@johnniedepo.com! And her email is private and secure, not being scanned by Google.
Your Flex Plan includes Full Editing capability, at no extra charge. This means that, using our online Custom Content Editor, you can make your own website edits or changes at anytime. There is no software to install. You simply login, using your favorite browser, and make your changes.
Why is this important? Rather than pay us to make changes to your website, you can make them yourself, anytime you want. We have one client who is very involved with two local support agencies in her community. As they do fund raisers for the animal shelter or the school, she likes to post information so others may donate. Some clients like
to swap seasonal pictures throughout the year.
